3. Information About Third Parties or Organizations to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

- Authorized authorities that will determine your location in case of an emergency call,

- In cases deemed necessary.
7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data
zukutu.com is obligated to take necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with Article 12 of KVKK to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unauthorized access, and to ensure the safekeeping of the data. If it is learned that personal data has been obtained unlawfully by others, the situation will be reported immediately in writing to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with legal regulations.

9. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under KVKK No. 6698
Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698 came into force on October 7, 2016, and the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:
The Personal Data Owner may apply to zukutu.com (the data controller) to learn about their rights regarding:
- Whether personal data is being processed,
- If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding it,
- The purposes of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- The third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
- To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
- To request notification of any corrections, deletions, or destructions of personal data to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
10. Communication and Application Method
The Data Controller Representative to be appointed by zukutu.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is located when the legal infrastructure is established.

You agree that data shared with zukutu.com, a social media application, may be used on our website, applications, and social media channels for notifications and suggestions and that this data may be shared commercially with third parties in a manner beneficial to members, and that you will apply to zukutu.com before exercising your legal rights.
